Mountain Bike Club

This program emphasize safe riding techniques while on and off the trail. NEW!! We will also have the opportunity to ride at the Taylor’s bike track in Eliot, as Matt Taylor will be constructing a mountain bike dirt track behind his house. Participants will need a bike, helmet and a water bottle.

Youth Softball Clinic

The goal of this program is to offer an opportunity for girls to learn the game of softball. Coaches will emphasize skill development, good sportsmanship, and enjoyment of the game. Girls will have the opportunity to attend a Marshwood High School Softball game and interact with the players.

YMCA Summer Swim Lessons

A swim test is now required to determine the participants level, if the participant has not recently completed the last session of YMCA swim lessons. Swim test forms are available at ECSD office and on our website. The form will instruct the participants to go to the Y for a swim test prior to registering for a class. The instructor will indicate and sign what level the participant is at. The participant should then return to ECSD and register for their class.

Fall Rec. Soccer Leagues 2010

Rec. Soccer is open for boys and girls PreK-5th grade in September 2010. Youth will be placed on gender specific teams according to their grade. The goal of this program is to offer a less competitive atmosphere for youth that wish to participate in the game of soccer. Coaches will emphasize skill development, good sportsmanship, and enjoyment of the game. Competition will be introduced minimally in the younger teams and will gradually increase in the older teams. Volunteer Coaches and Assistants are NEEDED for this program!
