Eliot Boat Basin - 5:30-8:00: Hot Air Balloon Rides - in good weather, Chili Festival & Food Booths, Antique Car & Motorcycle Show, Eliot Festival T-shirt Booth, The Fat Cats Band, and FIREWORKS!

Welcome

The mission of the Eliot Community Service Department is to enrich the community through quality recreation programs, parks and facilities; promote healthy, active lifestyles; and respond to the recreation and leisure needs of residents with professionalism and dedication.

The ECSD provides recreation and leisure programs for toddlers through senior citizens, operates summer and after-school care programs for youth, and manages the parks and recreational facilities in Eliot.
