Facility Rentals
Pavilion Rentals
The ECSD accepts reservations for the pavilions at the Boat Basin and at Frost Tufts Park. Fees are collected from May 1st through the second weekend in October.
Reservation forms are available at the ECSD office. All reservations must be made in person.
Reservation fees:
Eliot residents and organizations:
- $7.00 half-day
- $14.00 full-day
Non-residents and non-resident organizations:
- $14.00 half-day
- $28.00 full-day
Athletic Field and Outdoor Facilities Rentals
The ECSD accepts reservations for the following athletic fields and outdoor facilities:
- Frost Tufts Park
- William Murray-Rowe Park
- Dixon Road Recreation Area (sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits)
- Ice rinks
- Skate park
Fees are collected year round; however, some parks may not be available for use during winter months. Reservation forms are available at the ECSD office. All reservations must be made in person.
Reservation fees:
Eliot residents and organizations:
- $25.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum
Non-residents and non-resident organizations:
- $50.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum
Rates for seasonal use of athletic fields by approved organizations are determined on a case-by-case basis.
