Eliot Skate Park
History
Opened in 2002, the Eliot Skate Park was planned, funded and built with the help of a committee formed by a dedicated group of Eliot residents. The skate park features a rectangular bowl, a two-way fun box, hubba ledge, flat bank ramps, quarter pipe, flat rails, multi-level rail, and small box. The park is open to skateboarding and in-line skating only.
Registration Now Required
Beginning in 2009 the ECSD is requiring all skate park users to register for use of the park. All skate park users will be required to complete a Participation Information Form, sign an Eliot Skate Park Rules and Regulation Agreement Form, have a Photo ID taken and pay a $5.00 yearly registration fee. Non-residents are required to pay a $15.00 yearly registration fee. Once paperwork and payment is received you will be issued an Eliot Skate Park sticker to be kept with you at all times when using the park. The idea for this is to better track the the use of the skate park and to generate some revenue for upgrades to the park.
