ECSD LogoThe ECSD organizes a number of special events throughout the year to celebrate Eliot and build community spirit. All events are open to the public and are offered free or at low-cost. We hope to see you there!

Please remember that all ECSD Special Events are Tobacco Free!

Registration is required for all paying programs. No registrations will be taken at the door.

Join us at the ECSD Ice Rink behind the Eliot PD for a bonfire - supervised by the Eliot Fire Dept, ice-skating, sledding hill, DJ, Games & much more! Refreshments will be sold.

Annual Easter Egg Hunt 2016

eggsNews coming to the ECSD from the cabbage patch is that Peter Cottontail will be here in Eliot hiding eggs for youth ages 2-10. This event will be split into sections so that the younger children and older children will have their own areas. Signs will direct youth to the proper location for their egg hunt. Please bring a basket or bag for your eggs and don't forget a camera. The Easter Bunny will be available for pictures after the hunt!

National Night Out - 2015

National Night OutJoin us from 5:00pm-7:00pm at the Eliot PD for community booths, emergency vehicles on display, face painting, free Child ID kits/finger printing and more!   All community members welcome! PLEASE PARK AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. THERE WILL BE NO PARKING AT TOWN HALL OR ON DIXON ROAD.

Eliot Festival Days - Friday 9/25 & Saturday 9/26

ECSD Kids CornerCelebrate Eliot Festival Days, held annually on the last weekend in September! This year the traditional Friday night activities, include Fireworks at the Boat Basin along with a chili cookoff and antique car show. On Saturday, the celebration includes a pancake breakfast, 5K road race, kids’ fun run, parade, crafts, food and ECSD Kids’ Corner.

Halloween Party 2015

MonsterStart planning your costume for the annual ECSD Halloween party and costume contest. The party will be held at the EES Gym with games and refreshments.

Haunted TrailSuggested Donation of $1.00 pp or $5.00 per family. We are also collecting canned or non-perishable items to donate to Foot Prints Food Pantry for the upcoming holiday season.

Can you help support the event? We are looking for Refreshments, Candy, Prizes & Monetary Donations will go towards decorations. Please dropoff candy items by Wednesday 10/21 to the ECSD Office. Refreshments should be dropped off on Friday, 10/23 by 2:30pm. Thank You for your help!


Annual Holiday Coloring Contest 2015

2015 ContestEach grade level will have its own picture to color. Pictures will be available at ECSD or print one by selecting the appropriate grade level below. Prizes will be awarded to one winner in each grade level. Please make sure that your child’s name, phone number, school and teacher's name is printed legibly on the back of the picture. Winners will be contacted by phone.

ECSD Annual Tree Lighting

Join us again for the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony at Hammond Park. Light refreshments will be served as we enjoy a community sing-along preparing for the tree to be lit. Each year the Community Service Department sends a special request all the way to the North Pole to invite Santa Claus to our event....

Santa Bring your camera, your very best singing voice and something warm to wear. The events will only be postponed in the event of rain or a severe snowstorm (a little snow won't hurt us).
